At Ninty7Wear, each product is made-to-order under our print-on-demand model, which means your item is created specifically for you after you place the order. As a result, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, we do offer exchanges in the following situations:

✅ Eligible for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The size or color is different from what you ordered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges if:

  • The product matches your order but you changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong size or color and it was delivered correctly
  • The request is made more than 3 days after delivery

📩 How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at ninty7wearofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our support team

Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging when sending it back.


🔄 Exchange Processing Time

Once we receive and approve your request, we’ll process the exchange within 5–7 working days. A replacement item will be shipped to you as per availability.


ℹ️ Note

We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions. Shipping charges for exchanges (if applicable) will be communicated via email.
